Digital Paid Media Specialist
Rooms To Go is seeking a Digital Paid Media Specialist. This position will be responsible for executing and supporting paid social media, programmatic display, native, and other digital marketing programs. The role is primarily responsible for accurate and timely execution of planned media programs across multiple partners, channels and tactics. Primary objective is to support the larger Media team in improving consumer engagement and acquisition across all digital touchpoints, optimizing existing media channels, generating new sources of quality traffic, facilitating unique content and growing the scale and efficiency of the Media programs. The role will closely support organic & paid social media, paid media content development, other marketing teams and business units. An ideal candidate requires a self-starter with the tenacity to research and experiment with current and developing digital marketing trends and platforms. As the digital marketing landscape evolves rapidly, the ability to adapt quickly is necessary to succeed in this role.
Roles and Responsibilities

- Implement and execute planned Paid Social Media campaigns, including but not limited to Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Support the Media team's strategic monthly/quarterly planning and budgeting, daily campaign monitoring and optimizations.
- Execute promotional creative swaps across multiple partners, channels and tactics.
- Support and execute paid media programs that encourage online customer engagement and acquisition.
- Work in partnership with the Social/Content and Paid Search teams to complement paid advertising buys and optimization across a variety of social media channels.
- Liaise with internal Creative team on ad creation for paid media efforts.
- Assist with weekly/monthly and ad-hoc performance reporting.
Required Skills
- Excellent grammar, writing and communication skills.
- Experience with buying advertising on social platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
- Familiarity with native social media analytics tools and ability to draw insights and optimize.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Possess exceptional organizational and time management skills; self-starter; ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, experience in dealing with multiple and diverse internal stakeholders, and interacting with business and technology partners.
- Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
- Very hands-on and demonstrate a "Can-Do" attitude.
Education and Experience
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- 1-3 years of combined work experience in a digital marketing environment.
- 1 year (Preferred) in paid social media/direct response marketing.
- Experience in retail digital marketing promotions and strategic planning is a plus.
