The Outreach Team needs a top-notch strategy and personalized outreach plan for each and every franchise owner within Ellie Mental Health. Your personality should be dynamic and effusive as much of the core planning will be meeting and communicating via Zoom, Teams, and Google meets. This personality needs to be reflected in all your communications as well i.e.: emails, and in person meetings. Being an organizational wizard, with a keen eye for cultivating a meaningful experience and tight plan for your teammates. Theatre and dance may be employed at times for presentation purposes- or just to riff with a coworker.

Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT, and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country.

Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Create strategic plan (s) for Outreach Team Member’s Outreach visit (s) using a variety of investigative techniques
  • Virtually meet with Owners and Clinic Directors to “kick off” Outreach & Marketing, and any follow up meetings prior to outreach visit
  • Develop relationships with Clinic Directors and owners in the Ellie Fam Franchise system
  • Develop relationships with various community partners to garner referral sources for Franchise owners
  • Plan Conferences and events for Outreach Team
  • Strategize quarterly with the team, more often as needed
  • Track & revisit KPI’s regularly improving processes as needed based on outreach visit results
  • Ongoing training as relates to Ellie Mental Health/role
  • Create and maintain team calendar
  • Create any communications necessary for Outreach Team
  • Well versed in Ellie Academy presentation both live and documents
  • Well versed in Discovery Day presentation both live and documents
  • Order swag, and other supplies needed for Outreach Team
  • Other duties as needed for Outreach Team
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Familiar with mental health landscape/industry
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Independent and self-motivated; Professionalism both internally and externally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information; create and meet deadlines; problem solve using KPI’s and other metrics for optimal solutions; exercise discretion and judgement
  • Works well in team environment and individually
  • Position includes some non-traditional hours
