We are looking for outdoor enthusiasts who want to educate and equip others to enjoy an active lifestyle. We are a full-range outdoor mountaineering store. Featuring rock climbing, skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, trail running, and hiking/camping sections. We want employees who care about helping others.
Our trained staff start by helping customers find the right gear for their next adventure. There will be ample opportunities to learn and contribute in different areas as you grow with the organization: event management, marketing, purchasing, e-commerce, and distribution.
This position will also be eligible for training and opportunities to lead group experiences: snowshoeing, trail running, paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, etc.
To unlock all of these things, we need great people who love to build, thrive on creating change, and participate in the craft of delivering authentic experiences.
Locally owned 43-year-old iconic outdoor store located in one of the greatest mountain towns in America. Rock climb, ski, hike, trail run, mountain bike, white water, and hot springs all in one town. Wonderful community and area to call home.
