We are a fun, well-established and fast-paced orthodontic office looking to add a team player to our office to replace a member retiring. We are a family owned office (not-corporate) and have one location (no traveling back and forth to different locations for work). Our atmosphere is very family-like, both with our patients and our team (we routinely receive this feedback from our patients).

This is a full-time, long-term position. We are open Monday thru Thursday (we love our 3 day weekends and this will never change). Even though we are one of the longest established orthodontic offices in the area, we are very modern and up-to-date. Our location is great with easy parking.

We are looking for someone that is reliable, personable, fun and a quick-learning team player. Dental/Orthodontic knowledge is a huge plus.

Some of the position’s responsibilities are: Greeting patients with a sincere and friendly smile, scheduling and confirming appointments, helping patients with payments and payment plans, checking insurance, administrative duties, taking calls, being a team player and having fun.
