Orthodontic Dental Assistant - PT w/ SIGNING BONUS
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as an orthodontic dental assistant, be a people person who is detailed oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment! Must have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to develop a good report with patients and parents.

Must be comfortable with the following duties and preferably hold the following certifications:
- Chairside assistance to orthodontist & preparation of the procedure.
- Comfortable assisting independently with knowledge of bonding, debonds, wire, and bracket placement.
- Fabrication of dental appliances such as Essix retainers.
- Knowledgeable with aligners systems and using Itero machine.
- Confidently speak to patients and parents.
- Responsible for stocking and ordering supplies.
- Sterilization of instruments and clinical bays to turn over for the next patient.
- Cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
- Knowledgeable with computers, Cloud9 software a plus.
- Currently have X-ray Certification for state of Virginia or must obtain within 6 months of employment if certified in another state.
