Job Description:

Do you love cleaning and organizing but need part time hours? Do you have an eye for what looks great and would be open to doing some light decorating? If you love to make a home look clean, organized, and inviting, this could be an amazing and quite unique opportunity to unleash your mad skills.

There are 3 homes and one office that would need to be cleaned on a weekly basis. The balance of the time you have available would be split between a deep cleaning rotation, running errands, possibly some light decorating (decorating is NOT essential), and of course organizing. You must have a natural love and passion for organizing.

PAY: $18 - $20 per hour plus paid time off after 6 months. We would also reimburse for miles driven for errands.

Job Details

• Clean 3 homes (Wildwood & Chesterfield) and 1 office (Ellisville) on a weekly basis which would include making beds, mopping, dusting, wiping down base boards, and possibly cleaning the cage of a lazy Leopard Gecko named Pickles.
• Spend a block amount of time for free-style organizing. This could include going to the store to buy totes to organize winter clothes, creating an artistic order in the pantry, re-organizing the 3 kids clothes into a more sensible arrangements.
• For the right person, some decorating could be part of the role (not essential). Do you have an eye for what makes a room feel great? Do you enjoy a little creative freedom? Part of your hours could be to go to a few stores to buy decorations to make the owners house feel more inviting.
• Rotational deep cleaning. This could be picking the light fixtures on one floor and wiping them all down one week. Or on another week it could be cleaning all the interior windows.
• Running errands for the owner’s family which could be picking up a list at Costco, taking the owners car to get washed, take clothes to the dry cleaner, returning Amazon packages to UPS, or picking up lunch for everyone in the office at Bloom in Ellisville, or even picking up crickets at Pets mart for the infamous Leopard Gecko, Pickles.

Hours/Timeline: 20-30 hours per week. Flexible with when the work is completed.

Where: 90% of the time would be in Wildwood and Ellisville for the thee homes and the office.

Requirements:
