Overview:

As part of the Organizational Development Services practice, you, the Organization Development Manager, will pair your strong business acumen along with confidence to interact with senior executives, lead groups and serve as a trusted advisor. Organizational development services at BerryDunn include talent development, organization culture change management, strategic planning, organizational analysis, executive and leader development, teams and workforce development for our clients. This position in particular will focus on providing HR and DEI consulting services to our existing clients. You will support the development of this new service alongside BerryDunn leadership. This position reports to senior leaders on the Consulting Team. OD professionals can sit remotely or in close proximity to one of our offices in Portland, ME, Bangor, ME, Phoenix, AZ, Charleston, WV, Waltham, MA, Hartford, CT, New Haven, CT or Manchester, NH.


Travel Expectations:

Responsibilities:
You Will:

Provide organizational development services to clients as they transform their organization to align with their business strategy. As a trusted advisor, you will provide leadership and guidance for clients and internal project teams in the following areas:
  • Facilitation of group discussions that build consensus and a shared vision that includes a plan with supporting documentation
  • Create, perform, and complete organizational analyses using effectiveness analytics and diagnostic tools
  • Integrate and build DEI programs using diversity and inclusion analytics, diagnosis and strategies
  • Facilitate culture change management strategies that engage stakeholders
  • Design, deliver, and coach Talent Development strategies and materials for workforce skills, teams, leaders, and executives
  • Job family modeling
  • Career pathing and career mobility
Qualifications:
You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Communication, Psychology, Business, Health and Human Services, etc.)
  • Master’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or Business/Public Administration (or related field)
  • At least 7 years’ experience as a Consultant, preparing, facilitating, and implementing a development approach to prepare organizations for process changes and system implementations
  • 5+ years of people management or supervision experience
  • Organization development consulting certifications such as Meyers Briggs Facilitator (MBTI), Clifton StrengthFinders, Executive Coaching, etc.
  • A high level of comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking and communication skills, and a willingness to engage in both strategic design and tactical implementation
  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning practices, succession planning, high potential and leadership development, DEI, employee engagement and organizational culture development
  • Experience strategically assessing an organization through multi-pronged analysis, solution design and execution
  • Training experience in health care, specifically Medicaid and Medicaid eligibility and enrollment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM), operational readiness training, and communications
Compensation Details:
The base salary range targeted for this role is $100,000 - $170,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, seniority, merit, education, training, amount of travel, and other relevant business considerations.
