Blum Inc, is looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our talented and dedicated Customer Service team. As this exceptional team member, you would be responsible for some large account orders. You would represent and promote the Blum brand by delivering accurate information and service by guiding these accounts through placing and managing their orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer orders and processing
  • Maintain direct contact with customers/consumers by telephone & electronically responds promptly to customer inquires
  • Communicate and coordinate with other internal departments (Logistics, Materials & Accounting)
  • Stay current with knowledge of Blum Products, the kitchen cabinet industry & the market
  • Develop an understanding of customers' needs and follow up on customers interactions to ensure needs are met
  • Maintain records of complaints relating to shipping, quality or order entry
  • Estimate delivery dates and arrange delivery schedules
  • Maintain files on orders
Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2-year degree in a related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medium sized Industrial/Manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Principles & processes for providing internal and external customer service
  • Effective oral & written communication skills
  • Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point)
