We have great technology and well trained staff to support your work. Exam lanes have new automated phoropters and utilize EHR. Automation makes charting and refractions a breeze. Available equipment includes OCT, topographer, fundus photos and visual field. We have fitting sets for sclerals and myopia management.

We are located in Elko Nevada with a high desert climate and four seasons. Sperling's best places comfort index puts Elko at 8.2/10 meaning that it is one of the most comfortable climates in Nevada. Nearby mountains and public land make for plentiful outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, biking, boating, ATVs and more. Houses are significantly more affordable than markets like Reno and Las Vegas. Gas is cheaper too. Your paycheck will go much further here. There is easy access to Twin Falls Idaho or large cities like Reno and Salt Lake City. Local events run just about every weekend, making this a great, tight knit community.

We have an in house lab in our office, allowing us to do same day turn around on glasses. This is a huge help for patients who broke or lost their glasses. Our opticians are licensed to the highest degree in Nevada. Our staff stay with us a long time and it's a great environment to work in.
