In this position, you will assist our doctors in all matters involving patient care, including starting the patient visit, taking histories, checking eye specific vitals, completing refractions as appropriate and performing diagnostic testing. The right candidate will be able to expand their training and knowledge by learning to assist in minor surgical and cosmetic procedures in our offices.

The Eye Care Center is one of the most complete eye care facilities in the Finger Lakes Region. With three offices in Canandaigua, Geneva, and Macedon, we offer services in rural communities that are usually found only in big cities. These include routine eye exams, cataract surgery, retina surgery, glaucoma treatment, cornea treatment and surgery, oculoplastic surgery, cosmetic treatments, laser vision correction and more!

COA's, LPN's or CMA's preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Good computer skills and typing are a must!

This position is based in our Canandaigua location, but travel between all offices would be required once training is complete. Please inquire about locations.
