The SC OPS SR ASSOCIATE (Training Supervisor Contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages Company by taking ownership of all training and onboarding related tasks. The ideal candidate creates a positive outlook of our open positions and sets the expectation for our frontline Employees as well as management.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct hiring process for front-line warehouse associates
- Manage open requisitions and relationship with ADP
- Organize onboarding and schedule for new hires in the warehouse
- Maintain job and safety training documentation and matrix for all warehouse positions
- Conduct job and safety training for new hires and current employees
- Assist warehouse supervisors, as needed
- HS Diploma required
- One year warehouse experience
- Experience Training employees in a classroom as well as hands on, on the job training
- Powered Industrial Truck experience preferred.
- Organizational skills required – keeping accurate documentation of training records
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products; specifically, Excel
- Ability to work weekends as required
