This position will help us with:
- Managing the company software support inbox by responding with solutions or escalating requests to the proper team for handling.
- Responding to “Next 911” and “Next Resolution” email inquiries.
- Analyzing user stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to develop test plans and new approaches for seeking out bugs and exploits in end-user-facing applications.
- Executing all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression).
- Documenting and providing feedback regarding any fixes needed to the developed work product.
- Identifying and reporting best practices and optimizations throughout the testing and bug-fixing processes.
What you should have:
- Be a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel
- Excitement for working in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Prior experience providing support to software users
- Prior experience as a software tester or similar role
