The Ops Coordinator (Supervisor) will oversee our dispatch team and assist with day-to-day operations with staff and clients. Prior knowledge of the security industry (onsite guards, patrol, dispatch) is highly recommended, but not a deal breaker. We’re looking for someone that possess good communication skills, people skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. If you are organized, resourceful and possess good judgment we are looking for you to join our team.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Training and Coaching team members on industry and company best practices
Assisting with correcting time sheets
Review and approval of reports
Oversee filling of open shifts
Assist with Quality Control
Set up job boxes, safes, keys, etc. for new sites
Assist with investigating and resolving client issues
Monitoring Attendance
On-call after hours support
Assist with new Team Member interviews
The Operations Coordinator would work overnight (graveyard shift) either Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat. Hours are somewhat flexible. Must have availability to be after hours on-call support as needed on off days.
Salary: Starting at $54,000/annually (Exempt)
