Betts Plumbing & Heating Supply, Inc. is seeking an Operations & Growth Manager to help streamline current operations and prepare the company operations for growth. This position includes oversight of daily operations and staff management of all staff ensuring all customers receive high quality service, timely and accurate bidding; ensuring inventory management is accurate and timely; and actively working to increase company growth opportunities. Management:

• Manager daily operations
• Supervise counter sales, insides sales and warehouse staff
• Provide guidance and timely and constructive feedback to staff
• Manage the hiring and training of new employees under supervision
• Conduct weekly meetings with staff
• Ensure operations excellence
• Outstanding customer service
• Accurate and timely bid management and submissions
• Timely and accurate inventory management
• Ensures procedures are followed allowing for high quality work, re-evaluating and restructuring procedures as need
• Responsible for reviewing and understanding accounting reports

Sales/Customer Service:

• Set goals with President/CEO
• Increase Sales
• Develop and implement strategies for sales growth through in store promotions
• Work in partnership with staff to
• Set individual sales goals
• Develop a sales plan to achieve goals
• Assist staff in obtaining goals
• Develop relationships and sustain customer loyalty and provide opportunities for growth
• Resolve conflicts that may arise between customers and staff

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Minimum 2 year in similar position (3-5 years preferred)
• Minimum 3 years in progressive position
• Product/applications experience preferred
• Wholesale distribution experience preferred
• Supervisory experience required
