Your Mission

To coordinate and coach a team of amazing web service representatives, front end developers, copywriters, and UX designers while they deliver our websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and follow-up email products.

This is a fast-paced position and requires a lot of multi-tasking as you are responsible for your team as well as handling requests from sales and our finance department. This can be a customer-facing position and requires a drive to deliver excellent service to our clients and to make sure the overall purpose of the company is at the forefront of your team’s actions. An ideal candidate must be very detail-oriented and organized to ensure that our processes and policies are followed and that our websites and servers are kept up-to-date and orderly. You must have development experience in WordPress and PHP; familiarity with Bootstrap is preferred.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of and experience with WordPress
• Strong knowledge of and experience with the Beaver Builder WordPress plugin and theme development
• HTML & CSS experience
• High level of work-ethic and ability to take ownership of a task, project, problem or goal

Specific Duties Include

● Assigning jobs to your team and helping organize Trello for custom projects

● Tracking of weekly/monthly/yearly statistics for the area’s primary metrics

● Handling any and all functions within our WordPress multi-site

● Assisting sales with custom quotes

● Assisting finance with cancellations/refunds as needed

● Being a point of quality assurance with your teams’ projects

● Personally running VIP projects and being a point of contact for specialty clients

● Developing processes and workflows for new products or improving processes/workflows on existing products

● Maintenance and monitoring of web hosting server and being contact point to the server provider if any issues arise

● Working alongside the VP and other managers to ensure the overall vision of PostcardMania is being fulfilled.

WORK HOURS

● Full-time in-office position

● Monday – Friday from 9-6pm with an hour lunch

COMPENSATION

Pay is negotiable based on experience.
