We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our headquarters office.
Job Overview:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our headquarters office, including managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, managing the company's calendar, and ensuring smooth communication between different departments. This role will also require providing support to the founder, coordinating internal and external meetings and events, and ensuring the office runs efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, including managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and managing the company's calendar
Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and preparing reports and documents
Coordinate internal and external meetings and events, including managing logistics, preparing materials, and providing support during the events
Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients
Ensure that the office runs efficiently and that all processes are running smoothly
Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies, and ensure that they are properly functioning and stocked
Conduct research and make recommendations for office improvements and efficiency enhancements
Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant group setting
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office-related software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field preferred
