Office Manager/Bookkeeper- Broadview, IL


Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Full-Time, Temp-Hire w/ Starting Pay up to $60,000/yr. BOE


Summary:
Responsible for timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, maintenance of vendor accounts, A/P related account reconciliations, AR, and various financial reports required by company management. Additional duties include answering phones, customer service, order entry, tracking employee''s vacation time, etc.


Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate high organization skills and time management skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experienced Bookkeeper.
