We are seeking a responsible individual to fill the role of Office Manager. The candidate should be well versed in Microsoft Office, with exception skills in Excel, and should be able to work well with a team. The Office Manager will provide support to all managerial staff, including the Executive Team, and will provide administrative support, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the organization's office and manage daily operations.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and other third-party service providers.
• Schedule contractors, assign tasks, and oversee work on behalf of the organization.
• Ensure proper contract administration.
• Assist in budgeting for projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for office management issues.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Dental Office: 1 year (Required)
