Criterion Child Enrichment specializes in developmentally appropriate programs and services for young children and their families. The primary focus of early intervention is family education, training and support. Criterion’s Early Intervention Program, located in Milford, is currently seeking an Office Manager. This is a full time position; Monday through Friday, from 8:30am-4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the Early Intervention Program Director
• Act as first point of contact for families and referral sources.
• Complete weekly and monthly reporting as required
• Process referrals and maintain program evaluation schedule
• Provide oversight to administrative support staff
• Maintain office supply needs and submit orders as needed
• Light Clerical work & general office support
• Familiarity with Office 365 (Excel, word, Outlook)

• 
  High School Diploma or GED - Associates preferred

• Two years experience in office administrative support

• Strong computer skills specifically in Excel and Word

• Must have high attention to detail, be able to multi-task effectively, and have strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills

• Bilingual - Spanish or Portuguese a plus!
