Job description
The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office. Must have the ability to prioritize, multitask, answer phones, and other general office duties. Must be in the office to answer phone calls Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Two 15 minute breaks and on 30 min lunch break daily. 40 hours week.
Previous experience working for a construction or roofing company required
Job Duties:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Dispatching calls to the appropriate party and obtaining as much info as possible during the initial call
- Data entry
- Maintaining the OA breakdown and Commissions spreadsheets
- Entering on the AR spreadsheet the last time you spoke to a customer and what the outcome was
- Processing contract paperwork
- Keep detailed accounts of communication with customers through JobNimbus
- Tracking stock of office supplies
- Bank deposits
- Processing New Hire paperwork
- Sending checks to mortgage companies for endorsement and tracking those checks
- Verify Subcontractor Worker’s Comp every Monday.
- Submitting Sub Pay, Commissions, Branch Check Ins, Coaching Cards, and Training Pay Time Sheets to corporate every Friday by 10 am
- Submitting Biweekly Timesheets, Expense Reports, and Mileage Logs to corporate every other Friday by 10 am
