We are also dedicated to helping seniors age in place, and to assist busy individuals who lack time or skills to protect their home investment.
Primary duties and responsibilities include: 1. Customer Lead Management: Promptly respond to customer inquiries, assess their needs, and provide accurate information about our handyman services. Effectively communicate service options, pricing, and availability to customers, aiming to convert leads into scheduled appointments.
2. Technician Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule our team of technicians based on skill level, availability, customer requirements, and service timelines. Optimize technician routes and assignments to ensure efficient use of resources while meeting customer expectations.
3. Estimating Support: Prepare and send estimates for projects that do not require onsite estimating. Assist the Estimator with material location and pricing for larger projects. Collaborate with the Estimator to prepare estimates when necessary, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
4. Outbound Customer Calls: Contact former clients to present and promote additional services, including our monthly and quarterly subscription packages. Engage customers in conversations, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits and value of our offerings.
5. Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record maintenance, and documentation. Prepare and process invoices and run job specific reports for the management team. Maintain inventory of office supplies and materials, ensuring timely reordering to avoid disruptions.
6. Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey, from initial contact to service completion. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive and satisfying experience. Proactively seek feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with technicians, managers, the Estimator, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects. Communicate relevant customer information, service details, and updates to technicians for efficient service delivery.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service, inside sales, estimating, or office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry or in construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Estimating experience, including familiarity with material location and pricing, is preferred.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, scheduling software, CRM systems).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks.
