We Are Talking, Inc. is a multi disciplinary occupational and speech therapy clinic providing support services for families across Middlesex County. Service providers work collaboratively to treat pediatric aged clients with sensory processing disorders, regulation challenges, mood disorders, muscle weaknesses, fine motor, gross motor, motor, and other physical deficits. We Are Talking, Inc is seeking a clinician to service clients Saturdays between 9-12. This is a W2 position. Responsibilities include:

• conducting evaluations as needed
• treatment sessions are 45 min-1hour
• documentation of goals online via our online software
• consultations as need with families and professionals

Preferred candidates have sensory integration training and experience, effective written and oral skills, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience with specialty programs to improve handwriting, vision, and vestibular skills are preferred.

Job Requirements:* Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy professional licensure and MA state licensure* Experience working with special needs children ages birth to 3 and/or experience working in a home-based setting preferred* This position requires a satisfactory criminal background check* Experience sharing collaborative work spaces is a must* Interest in clinicians who would like to run multidisciplinary social groups

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
