HCV Occupancy Specialist
The Housings Authority of the City of Hot Springs is seeking applicants for the position of HCV Occupancy Specialist. Applicant is responsible for the determination and certification of eligibility for the HCV program in accordance with HUD regulations and HACHS policies and procedures, and able to perform other on-going occupancy functions. Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask with accuracy, good math, communication and listening skills and must have the ability to give clear, concise and thorough explanations to program participants and property owners. Must be able to pass drug test and background check. Qualifications include a minimum of a High School diploma, with at least two years’ experience working in a regulated industry such as Housing, Government, Social Services with face to face interaction with a diverse population. Case management experience preferred. The HACHS is an EEO employer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.16 per hour
