Salary Range: $15.00 - $21.60
Performs daily tasks to support functions of the Food & Nutrition Services Department and patient nutrition care under the direct supervision of the Clinical Nutrition Manager. Scheduled hours for this position are 7:30 am – 4:00pm and/or 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Weekend and holiday rotation required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Helps identify patients for nutritional risk
- Assists patients with menu selection
- Conducts meal and snack rounds
- Prepares and distributes infant formula. Maintain appropriate level of formula inventory
- Conducts patient satisfaction surveys and test tray audits
- Assists with one-on-one training of new employees
- Maintains various records and reports
- Completes other assigned clerical functions as needed
