Hospice RN Hospital Weekend Navigator - sign on bonus

• Hours: Friday 2P-10:30P, Sat/Sun 9A-7:30P
• Baylor: Work 28 hours, paid for 36

Position Summary: To promote communication with our referral partners, enhance the patient’s quality of life through the death of the patient and into the bereavement period of the family. This goal is enhanced by a competent level of practice as demonstrated by the Standards of Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing Practice.

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, or Graduate Diploma or Associate Degree Program in Nursing.

Licensure: RN licensed to practice in Massachusetts

Experience:

• Minimum of one year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience required.
• Minimum of one year Hospice experience required.
• Minimum of one year oncology and home care experience preferred.

Pay: $91,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
