Northridge Recovery Center is getting ready for our grand opening and currently accepting applications for our nursing staff. Salary plus signing bonus!!!
We are currently seeking full or part time LVN's for our detox/residential facility in Northridge California.
The LVN will provide recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate observation of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the Health Care Practitioner. The LVN will be responsible to provide safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Requirements:
- Current licensure in California as a LPT, LVN, or RN.
- Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
- Ability to supervise.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
- Previous experience in the substance abuse field preferred.
- Current CPR and first aid certifications.
- Knowledge of DBT, WRAP and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Principals preferred.
- Newly graduated with some clinical nursing practice experience are welcome.
