Job description
Work busy grill during lunchtime hours. Prepare customer tickets in a timely manner while keeping station organized and clean. Help with prep tasks for next day. Assist executive chef in daily prep, cleaning, or catering tasks. Supervise front of house staff during night time hours. Help with daily closing procedures. Count cash drawers at end of day. Drop cash in safe at end of day. Assist with the overall operation of store during night time hours. Maintain presentation of key front of house areas. Attend to guest needs during night time hours
