This is a dual position with two nights working as night auditor and two nights working as a security guard.

What will I be doing?

As a Hotel Night Auditor, you would be responsible for making sure that all transactions from the day match, running the night audit program, and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Balancing all transaction from the day through our hotel computer system
• Preparing reports for management
• Paying attention to details to find any mistakes and correct them
• Checking guests in/out depending on what they need
• Providing information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions/services
• Be the manager on duty overnight and able to take charge should any situations arise during your shift
• Two nights of audit and two nights of security
