We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions, and providing general administrative support. The Night Auditor will also be responsible for monitoring the hotel's security systems, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring that all hotel policies and procedures are followed. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and check them in and out of the hotel.
• Answer questions from guests about the hotel and its services.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
• Balance daily revenue and expense transactions.
• Perform nightly audits of all hotel accounts.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
