Job description

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for New Product Launch Management of new complex product family of electronics and light module with close cooperation with all related functions (PM, R&D, QM, PUR, SCM, CON, etc.) according to the PLC process with focus on time to delivery, project & product cost
• Responsible & Optimize production and test concept. Equipment planning, CER (Capital Electronic Request). Make sure traceability concept is followed up according to defined guideline
• Continuous support and close cooperation with R&D with focus on manufacturability, DFMA etc. Also support Contract Manufacturing when necessary
• Involved in an early stage as for example quoting phase
• Safe Launch Plan, Lean Workshop
• Lead complex Design to Cost projects
• Analyze & optimize production capacity of exiting concept especially regarding manufacturability and testability. Optimization of production capacity and when necessary, improvement
• Support changes of product/material/processes during PLC according to change management process
• Manage sample builds throughout launch phase

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Electrical Engineering or similar
• Knowledge about electronics (Front & backend) production in automotive industry
• Project management experience
• Knowledge about digitalization
• Deep Industrial Engineering experience
• Able to work autonomously with a pronounced sense of own initiative
• Business fluent English skills (written and oral)
• Self-confidence in combination with good communication skills and assertiveness
