Job Title: Network Engineer (Hybrid Onsite - Locals Only)
Location: Salem, OR
Duration: 3 Months+

Client: State of Oregon

Job description: Full-time professional work experience in Information Technology. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area with 9 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Substitutions:

1. Accredited college training may substitute for the required work experience with a maximum substitution of four (4) years. (Fifteen (15) semester hours in Information Technology or a related area is required.)
2. Accredited graduate training in the above area may substitute for the required work experience with a maximum substitution of two (2) years.
3. Successfully completion of an Information Technology Certification program, may substitute for the required work experience with a maximum substitution of two (2) years. (Proof of certification must accompany the application.)
4. Two (2) years of work experience as a Network Engineer-Senior; LAN Administrator-Senior; Systems Administrator-Intermediate ; Network Engineer-Intermediate; and LAN Administrator-Intermediate may substitute for all of the required experience.

Successful candidates must be able to accomplish the following:

1. Configure new Windows 2022 domain and Active Directory

2. Work with Data Center Services (DCS) to implement required firewall rules

3. Establish two way trust with OSP domain

4. Migrate OSFM accounts from OSP domain to OSFM domain

5. Migrate OSFM M365 assets from OSP to State of Oregon tenant

6. Establish best practices in Active Directory design

7. Establishing Azure Active Directory link with on prem AD

8. Prepare policy and procedure documents for IT and security processes
