ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
Required at time of Application:
Strength: Medium/heavy - exert force 20 - 100 lbs. frequently or 10 - 40 lbs. constantly. May involve significant stand/walk/push/pull.
Environmental Conditions: Climate controlled home/office and other settings. Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat. Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud and from
occasional to frequent time periods. Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions

5. All work will be performed in accordance with safety regulations pertaining to this work.
6. Customers will be treated in a courteous and professional manner. All communication with customers will be informative and courteous.
7. Employees will ALWAYS wear a company uniform in good repair when representing the company as outlined in the Uniform Code.
8. Employees will behave in a professional and mature manner when representing this company. (NO profanity, NO horseplay, etc.)
9. All job related documentation will be brought up to date daily and placed in the proper location according to the next action to be taken.
10. Company equipment and vehicles will be kept neat, clean, and in working order.
- Starting pay: $15 - $18 per hour based on experience
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS
- Complete pack ins/pack outs adherent to the scope of work provided by the Contents Manager
- Complete photographic inventories of personal property using an ipad and ContentsTrack software
- Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, packing and categorizing of customers' contents, general on-location cleaning, and deodorization of personal property and structure
- Acquires appropriate documentation from homeowners/Communicates with homeowners to notify of job schedule
- Structure cleaning of walls, floors, ceilings and all areas affected by water and/or fire damage
- Complete cleaning process for contents on assigned jobs/Clean up job sites after demolition
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure that proper PPE is utilized and safety precautions are taken
- Provide detailed notes and photos using the company’s digital record keeping system
- Communicate with the Contents Manager on a daily basis to advise on job progress, issues, etc
- Remediate soot and smoke from fire damaged contents and structures
- Drive company vehicles
Required at time of Application:
- High school graduation or other equivalent (i. e., GED, etc.)
- Valid Driver's License.
- Good driving record
- Must add drug screening
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor
