DUTIES
- Drive sales and exceed goals
- Reinforce training with role plays
- Motivate associates to promote Burnout Bucks ,V.I.P. and Visa Rewards program
- Maintain culture of W.I.G. and C.A.R.E.
- Supervise daily selling activities
- Drive customer service through coaching and monitoring selling behaviors, teaching
- Product knowledge and communicating policies and procedures
- Use morning and evening walkthroughs to determines areas in special need
- Insure product is well maintained on each fixture..zipped, sized ,etc
- Communicate advertising and sales information to associates

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
