Position Description
The Manager, Call Center works closely with clinic and department management in a spirit of collaboration to deliver scheduling services at exceptional levels of customer service, efficiency and performance. The Manager provides direct supervision, guidance and direction to scheduling staff. This role continually evaluates workflows and systems for optimal performance and patient centric improvement while effectively communicating with clinic and department management.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years or more of experience in hospital or clinic scheduling or call center department or area. Additional years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement.
Preferred Requirements
5 years or more of experience in hospital or clinic scheduling or call center in management role. HFMA, NAHAM, AAHAM, CPC or equivalent.
