Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Masters Level Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in a community mental health setting. They will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, providing therapy, and documenting progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting initial assessments to determine client needs and treatment goals
• Creating individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and ongoing client feedback
• Providing evidence-based therapy to clients, using a variety of modalities
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
• Participating in team meetings and case consultations
• Adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
• Active licensure in the state of practice (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, ACMHC, CSW AMFT)
• Experience providing mental health services in a community mental health setting
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies and treatment modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills

• 8 hour shift
• After school

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
