Mental Health Professional Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Social Services preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a psychology/social work/or social services related field
- Crisis Prevention (CPI) certified preferred
- Strong customer service skills
Mental Health Professional Responsibilities:
- Identify resident psychosocial, mental and emotional needs.
- Aid in the development of resident mental health progress.
- Help residents adjust to changes or challenges in their lives.
- Assist in resident growth and flourishing in facility.
