SilverPoint Senior Living is looking for excellent caregivers for our Elan Corpus Christi community who are passionate about caring for our seniors with dignity and integrity!

**Full Time available for 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Description:

• Provide exceptional personal care
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Ensure all medication documentation is current and correct, including but not limited to, medication administration forms, physician orders, change of dosages, written orders to confirm telephone orders, etc.
• Pour, pass, and assist with administration of medications in accordance with state regulations.
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers as needed.
• Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Ensure medication room is completely stocked with all required continuous, PRN, Over-The-Counter (OTC), and other medications as ordered by physicians.
• Engage residents in activities and social interaction.

Requirements:

• MUST have a big heart and be willing to work in an Assisted Living/Memory Care Setting
• Ability to Lift 50 lbs
• Reliable Transportation
• Open Availability/ Flexibility
