Sign on bonus prorated based on FTE, eligible at 0.6 FTE and up, requires a two year dedication.
Job Expectations:
This position is responsible for gathering and detailing patient medical info into the EMR and assisting with other administrative tasks.
- Prepare current patient-specific medication list in accordance with department processes and procedures.
- Clarify obvious drug problems in the medication regimen.
- Optimally triage patients to provide an accurate medication list available for physician review, using all communication options available including e-mail, fax and direct patient or provider contact.
- Enter medications and allergies into patients’ profiles as appropriate.
- Perform other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Required
Two years of pharmacy experience or experience working as an LPN, CMA, CNA and/or TMA and/or healthcare experience.
