Del Mar Aesthetic Clinic is looking for a Clinic Manager to be part of our team!

About Us: We are a small, intimate, “boutique” medical spa with a staff under 10. We are extremely client-oriented, passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals with ‘exquisitely natural’ results. We achieved Allergan’s “Top 500” aesthetic clinics nationwide, primarily through word-of-mouth referrals.

About You: We are looking for someone who can help direct our team, keeping us focused and on-track for our business goals, while maintaining our family-like energy and client-centered environment. You should have a minimum of 3 years management experience, preferably in medical spa, other clinic environment, or equivalent. You must be a people-person who also has the ability to multi-task, focus on details, be a problem-solver, have excellent customer-service skills, and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced clinic environment. You should like working in a small, intimate, office setting. You should be extremely organized and reliable. You should be comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback. In the absence of industry-specific experience, you must have a demonstrated interest in our industry. You must live locally.

In addition, you should have strong verbal and writing skills. You should have a working familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and be comfortable with marketing aspects of social media (Facebook, Instagram).

Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: Between $55,000 – $65,000 plus bonus opportunity and benefits.

Essential Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Provides effective leadership, coaching, counseling, evaluating, and mentoring of clinical and non-clinical staff in order to maintain a smooth-running operation, to identify and implement opportunities for improvement, and to maintain a positive working environment.

Serves as the ‘face of the company’ in interfacing with clients and community alliances, representing our brand in the best possible way.

Works as part of a management team, working closely with owner/medical director, assistant manager and consultant team in creating and meeting the objectives, mission, and goals of the business.

Coordinates with assistant manager and marketing department to ensure marketing is in alignment with strategic goals, executes marketing campaigns, and evaluates their effectiveness.

Participates in Human Resources-related functions, such as interviewing, hiring, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, time-card approvals, and payroll administration, compliance with state and federal mandates.

Over-sees operations of the clinic: Acts as lead contact for clinicians and oversees assistant manager who manages front office staff. Manages product inventory. Ensures all medical and office supplies are available for clinic practice. Monitors clinic performance, patient flow, clinician and front office schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels. Liaises with vendor representatives and community alliances. Develops strategies and tactics that improve sales growth of the clinic.

Coordinates upkeep of a clean, professional, and comfortable physical space, and manages all operational functions, ensuring breakdowns are handled and resolved.
