Adult & Pediatric Allergist of Central Jersey is seeking:

Self-motivated and people friendly. Excellent customer service. Full Time medical receptionist for our Edison office. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and good computer and people skills to perform job duties. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in a medical field and knowledge of medical insurance is a plus.

Job duties: Scheduling patient appointments, assisting incoming patients, verifying insurance, entering patient demographics into the computer, assisting the administrator and physicians as needed, most importantly, you will be the face of our practice. Must be able to work during office hours described below.

Office Hours
Monday 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Tuesday 11:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Wednesday 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Friday 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday 9:00AM - 1:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
