Elite Health and Wellness Center, LLC. is a small single-provider medical practice in Port Saint Lucie, FL. We are professional and innovative and our goal is to provide a concierge level of care to our family of patients. We offer a variety of services. We are looking for a strong, organized, dependable addition to our team. Must have experience with staff management and workflow improvement. Work together with the practitioner/owner to create a successful and fun work environment. Experience in primary care, hormone replacement, weight loss, or facial aesthetics is a plus.

• Ensure practice is operating efficiently through the planning, coordinating and implementing of goals, and objectives.
• Knowledge of procedures and systems inclusive of front desk duties such as scheduling and registration, clinical functions such as direct care, and back-end processes such as medical record management, and charge entry.
• Create a positive and productive work environment.
• Ability to create and implement workflows to streamline and improve productivity
• Interviews and on-boards Certified Medical Assistants
• Promotes a work environment conducive to high levels of team member satisfaction by being responsive to team member concerns or ideas, providing coaching and support, addressing issues in a timely manner, and communicating both informally and formally through scheduled team meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
