Oak Lawn Gastroenterology an affiliate of the GI Alliance of Illinois an experienced Practice Administrator to ensure accomplishment of clinic objectives, Will review practice objectives and strategies to ensure financial profitability. Monitor and ensure compliance with national, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Develops and establishes clinic policies, procedures, and objectives. Ensures their successful execution, compliance, and updates leadership regarding progress.
• Ensures proper staffing based on clinic needs. Continually evaluates facility and technology needs to ensure practice operates at optimal efficiency.
• Is responsible for all clinic staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing evaluation of performance.
• Oversees all payroll activities for clinic staff.
• Coordination and oversight of any community outreach activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related business field is desirable, although five to seven years of solid healthcare leadership experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, with at least three years of active healthcare management required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
