Growing medical equipment company seeking qualified candidates for multiple positions; customer service, authorization, billing.

Immediate need for someone with excellent communication skills, reliable transportation and the desire to learn and grow in their career - Open positions below:

*Customer Service Representative:

• Receiving orders via phone, fax & email and obtaining all necessary information to process orders
• Entering patient information into custom database, contacting clients to explain processes and procedures, and keeping detailed records of correspondence
• Will also be contacting physicians, physical therapists, and other medical professionals

*Authorization Specialist:

• Entering patient demographics into custom database with all necessary billing information
• Verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, and obtaining medical documentation based on client insurance
• Validate codes & fees
• Contacting patients for reorders

*Billing and Accounts Receivable:

• Verify and resubmit claims to insurance companies
• Contact patients and physicians regarding medical documents needed for collection of claims
• Perform adjustments and write off process
• Following up on receivables until claims are resolved
• Handle collections and assist with month end closings
