QC Kinetix is excited to announce an opportunity within our organization for a Medical Clinic Patient Sales Consultant. We specialize in the use of regenerative medicine to treat patients suffering from arthritis, sports related injuries, and chronic joint pain without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain medications. We are seeking a Medical Clinic Patient Sales Consultant to act as our Financial Coordinator as we continue to serve the Mobile, Alabama market. This position is a permanent part-time role and perfect for a highly qualified sales professional looking for additional income and competitive pay.

The Medical Clinic Patient Sales Consultant must be a highly motivated individual that preferably has healthcare elective procedure experience in dealing with an out-of-pocket (no insurance) medical practice. We are looking for a skilled "deal closer" who can overcome objections and challenges from patients and articulate to the patient why our practice and procedures are an amazing fit for them. This role is expected to perform sales functions, meet with patients, and guide them in the treatment processes. Following up with patients on a regular basis to build and maintain relationships is a critical function of this medical center role, as well as ensuring excellent patient satisfaction. Achieving year over year sales growth by increasing gross revenue for the clinics is a must!

Medical Clinic Patient Sales Consultant Position Details:

  • Initial Schedule 1 day per week plus administrative duties that must be performed on non-clinic days.
  • Scheduled to work every Tuesday in Mobile, Alabama clinic location. Clinic is open one day per week.
  • Additional day(s) per week when additional locations open.
  • 7:30 am – 6:00 pm (1 hr. lunch). Hours may vary based on patient schedule.
  • Salary - $500 per day/shift plus commission rate
  • Must complete 2-day training course held in Charlotte, North Carolina. Flight/lodging arranged. Paid upon completion.
  • W2 position
  • Professional References required

Medical Clinic Patient Sales Consultant Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding the physiology for each treatment offered and explaining each treatment as prescribed by the medical provider
  • Presenting financial breakdown and financing options for each protocol
  • Achieving and maintaining 50% baseline conversation with 12-15 consultations per day
  • Performing outreach and marketing activities for clinic/patient growth
  • Working closely with marketing department to optimize campaigns
  • Increasing practice gross revenue and achieving year over year sales growth
  • Reviewing end of day reports for accuracy

Medical Clinic Patient Sales Consultant Qualifications:

  • Consultative Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related healthcare industry-based environment and/or elective medical procedures or 5 years as a proven Sales Leader. (Preferred but not necessary)
  • Experience with cash payment options, non-insurance elective procedures.
  • Experience using third party financing options such as CareCredit
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with a range of contingencies in a diverse community.
  • Ability to work both independently and interact with staff in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures
  • Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care
