- Retrieves and analyzes health insurance eligibility policy information from health insurance claim systems related to third party liability accidents.
- Retrieves, analyzes and determines medical claims from health insurance claim systems related to third party liability accident.
- Applies knowledge of medical terminology / medical coding to analyze and retrieve medical claims related to recovery rights.
- Inputs medical claims information.
- Analyses, investigates and reconciles all recoveries received, received in-house, by the client, and those returned from the client and takes appropriate action to resolve, including processing in the related Conduent Payment Integrity Solutions systems.
- Produces quality reports for management and staff.
- Manages and facilitates the retraction process for claims within the client system, via spreadsheets, or within the client interactive database.
