Quad City Gastroenterology / Endoscopy is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant to join our busy and growing practice.
About the Opportunity
- Monday through Friday, no holidays or weekends
- Willing to hire new graduate Medical Assistants
The Medical Assistant will greet and room patients, measure patient vital signs, provide patients and family with appropriate educational materials, perform data entry into patient charts as indicated, ensure exam rooms are stocked with appropriate supplies
About the Candidate
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Graduate of a Medical Assistant program
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification is a plus
- One (1) or more years of experience as an MA
- Proficient in one or more electronic medical record (EMR) system(s)
