Term: 2-years
Location: remote
Must have a Medicaid / Medicare background as a Business Solutions Analyst.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 10-years working in Information Technology that includes the following specific experiences:
Possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field or minimum four (4) years of experience providing project management or business analysis on IT projects having a minimum one-time cost of two (2) million dollars.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in business analysis or project management frameworks, methods, and practices, such as waterfall or Agile.
Minimum three (3) years of experience developing business requirements.
Minimum one (1) year of experience with Agile/ SCRUM system development methodologies.
Previous experience working on Medicare or Medicaid projects with one or more of the following systems (MEDS, SCI, CHDP Gateway, CA-MMIS).
Previous experience working with Health and Human Services Agency (HHS) and DHCS programs and projects, such as SAWS/ CalSAWS, CalHEERS, MEDS, etc. or other state agencies across the U.S. that are similar in programs.
Experience and/or familiarity with Enterprise Architecture (EA), Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA), Enterprise Services Bus (ESB) technology, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
