Aisleworx Media, the new leader in-store media, is working with the largest retail chains and the biggest brands to deliver a new platform for the Digital out of Home media market. Aisleworx is an innovative data-first ad network delivering the most relevant messages at the most relevant times on electronic shopping carts in the busiest locations in the county. Our proprietary screen technology deliver and measure dynamic media content in every location throughout the store.

Aisleworx is seeking an experienced media salesperson with strong brand and agency relationships to join our team. This sales position is responsible for pitching and selling our media to agency teams and brands in the Northeast. We are headquartered in Grapevine, Texas, so this would be a work-from-home role based in New York. This is an excellent opportunity to come in and own a whole region for one of the fastest-growing DOOH Networks in the country.

Responsibilities

  • Identify & develop opportunities with agencies and clients to build pipeline and sell through the Aisleworx inventory.
  • Manage the RFP process and active pipeline.
  • Meet and/or exceed targeted monthly and annual sales budgets and objectives.
  • This is a fast-growing start-up, and we are making a big splash in the market. You might be asked to wear many hats and bring ideas for growing the business. This is not your typical sales role.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be willing to travel when needed or attend trade shows when asked.

Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of national sales experience, including key relationships with national brands, planning agencies, or OOH Buying Agencies.
  • You must be a fantastic writer, speaker, and listener.
  • You must have proficiency with CRMs.
  • Strong record of hitting or exceeding set quotas.
  • You must be able to be persuasive with facts.
  • You must have a strong presence.
  • Media sales experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.

Compensation
We will offer an excellent remuneration package, including a significant base salary, stock options, and a total package designed to attract high-quality candidates.
