Job description
Produce photographs for publicity and educational purposes for special events, programs, and projects, and for the purposes of illustrating agency pamphlets and publications; create digital videos and graphics; utilize and maintain photographic and digital equipment; process, edit and splice videos; produce content and business materials for multi-channel customer service programs; create and maintain a library of communications files for promotion campaigns, content updates, and presentations; provide support during outreach events and marketing campaigns; prepare and maintain detailed documentation; and coordinate special projects and programs as directed.
Minimum Qual Requirements
1. Three years of full-time paid satisfactory experience acquired within the last ten years as a professional photographer; or
2. An associate degree from an accredited college or university, accredited by regional, national, professional, or specialized agencies recognized as accrediting bodies by the U.S. Secretary of Education and by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), including or supplemented by 12 credits in photography, and two years of full-time paid satisfactory experience as described in "1" above; or
3. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, accredited by regional, national, professional, or specialized agencies recognized as accrediting bodies by the U.S. Secretary of Education and by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), including or supplemented by 24 credits in photography, and one year of full-time paid satisfactory experience as described in "1" above.
Note: Experience in film and camera sales is not acceptable. Experience as an amateur photographer such as that acquired in a hobby or leisure time activity is not acceptable.
2. An associate degree from an accredited college or university, accredited by regional, national, professional, or specialized agencies recognized as accrediting bodies by the U.S. Secretary of Education and by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), including or supplemented by 12 credits in photography, and two years of full-time paid satisfactory experience as described in "1" above; or
3. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, accredited by regional, national, professional, or specialized agencies recognized as accrediting bodies by the U.S. Secretary of Education and by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), including or supplemented by 24 credits in photography, and one year of full-time paid satisfactory experience as described in "1" above.

Preferred Skills
3+ years full-time professional experience with photography techniques, marketing strategies, and social media applications; exceptional business writing and editing skills; proven public speaking and collaboration skills; advanced organizational and facilitation skills; strong attention to detail; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Project, Publisher, and PowerPoint; strong research and data compilation skills; excellent problem solving skills; strong documentation skills; strong quantitative and reporting skills; excellent time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines; and ability to excel in a collaborative and fast paced environment.
