Facial Mania Med Spa St Pete is seeking a pro-active, experienced and customer service oriented schedule coordinator to work in our brand new spa located in St. Petersburg, FL. The ideal candidate is strong, motivated, enthusiastic and with sales skills, proficient in CRMs and medical practice management systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a call center enviornment, spa or medical practice preferred
- Strong focus in customer service and sales
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Pleasant and professional phone demeanor
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow up and follow through an complete work on time
- Must be proficient with computers, social media and general office equipment
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Responsibilities/Duties (including but not limited to):
- Answer, screen and direct telephone calls, emails, text messages, messages from social media platforms
- Make daily outbound calls daily to confirm appointments and follow up on leads (no cold calling required)
- Greet customers and visitors and answer their general spa questions
- Register customers, verify and update data, assist customers in completing forms and document all the information received
- Explains services to the customers and collect payments
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
